Someone recently told me that rubbing Vicks Vaporub on the soles of your feet will get rid of a headache. I had a nice throbbing headache the other day, so I thought this would be a good time to test the idea. All I can say is that I had nice smelling feet and a throbbing headache. After an hour I gave up and took a Goody's headache powder. In fifteen minutes my headache was gone.
Why did I even consider that Vicks could possibly cure a headache?

I've heard that it works for coughs (but I thought that you were supposed to put it on your chest for coughs). Go figure!!
